An exciting and fast-growing Engineering Practice is searching for an industry-savvy Marketing Manager with experience of working within Architecture or the wider Built Environment. This company has a distinguished reputation for delivering intelligent, pioneering structural solutions in collaboration with high-profile Architecture studios.
This role requires a generalist Marketer with a superb working knowledge of delivering refined marketing materials, internal and external communications, targeted and engaging PR strategy, as well as boosting business development activities and winning new clients. In addition, you will possess Architecture and Press contacts and be a poised networker, attending key events and managing arrangements for industry conferences, including MIPIM. The successful Marketing Manager must be able to build excellent stakeholder relationships and be able to understand Architectural/Engineering terminology with confidence.
Working alongside a Marketing Assistant, you will build a detailed understanding of the company’s ethos and the sectors they work in, producing marketing collateral and bid submissions accordingly. Preparing competition entries, PQQs, maintaining brand guidelines and liaising with Photographers on art direction for finished projects, will also be essential responsibilities.
As a supportive and stimulating work environment, this is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a vibrant, proactive and organised Marketing Manager passionate about all things Built Environment. Strategising, implementing and improving marketing, communications and new business activities, you will be liaising closely with the company’s dedicated Directors to drive the business forward at a crucial stage in its development.
