This is a for a PA/Office Manager to join a highly successful and well-known real estate and property company within their Interiors division.
You will be providing first class support to one of the directors, including diary management, inbox management and travel booking, as well as liaising with the owners PA. You will also be ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including greeting visitors, ensuring office supplies are kept up to date, processing invoices and expenses and managing the library of samples. You will also be responsible for basic HR duties, including processing staff leave and holidays, liasing with HR in the main office.
