A proactive and industry-savvy Marketing Manager is needed to join our impressive client, an innovative and sociable engineering practice with an outstanding portfolio.
The successful candidate will utilize their industry expertise and market knowledge to devise and implement the practice’s marketing strategy, so at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the built environment is essential.
Working closely with the Directors, and supported by a Marketing Assistant, you will have an excellent understating of the built environment and how the companies’ ethos fits into the wider market. Spearheading the marketing strategy with this in mind, you will be working with some autonomy, making decisions and directing the practice’s marketing activities.
Key responsibilities also include research into potential new business and clients, managing the website and social media, liaising with their external PR company and overseeing the generation of marketing collateral such as brochures and presentations. Duties also include arranging events and conferences and overseeing the preparation of bid documents, PQQ submission and award submissions.
