    World-famous Design Collective requires QA, Projects and Document Coordinator

    Architectural company requires a dedicated Document Controller!

    To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate Document Controller experience within the Built Environment - strong communication skills are a must have to manage key stakeholder and contributor relationships.

    As an individual, you will be well versed in various Electronic Document Management Systems; programmes such as Conject, Newforma, and 4Projects and become an internal authority on EDMS.
    Alongside this you’ll support in the daily administration and organisation writing up agendas, minutes and reports are central to the role (InDesign knowledge is highly desirable).

    Reporting to the Project Delivery Director, you will be uploading high volumes of drawings, documents and drawings swiftly and accurately and be proficient in the storage, retrieval and quality checks of key project files. Duties also include Quality Assurance controls especially in relation to contractual/legal obligations and issuing information with completed issue/received sheets. In all areas, you will be mindful of following ISO 9001 quality checks and conducting internal QA audits to assess this regularly.

    With this insight, you will revise the studio’s Guidance Notes for full company circulation and maintain full compliance with first-class Document Control policies.

    Immaculate proofreading skills will be required for formatting documents and maintaining accurate contact information!

    Successful candidates will have exception attention to detail, outstanding proofreading abilities and be a natural born organiser!
