    An outstanding Architecture office is looking for an exceptional Digital Content Coordinator with strong SEO, PPC, B2B, web development and copywriting skills. It’s a great opportunity to join an in-house marketing & bid development team. You will be expected to coordinate and create content for company’s website and social media. Other duties would also include:

    - Liaison with external parties
    - Creating exciting and informative video content
    - Writing for SEO
    - Updating website via content management systems.
    - Write the marketing collateral

    This is a rare chance to join a well-known architecture office and the role is very varied and dynamic. The successful candidate should have excellent command of written and spoken English, understanding and experience in Content Management Systems, SEO, and copywriting.

    Finance-Savvy Studio Manager for Sociable, Award-Winning Architecture Studio

    A friendly and recognised Architecture Practice is seeking an outstanding Studio Manager with a proven record of excellent finance and HR administration. This is 12-13 month fixed-term contract at the heart of a tight-knit team of Directors and Architects.

    As the sole member of administration staff, the ideal candidate will be depended upon to implement all financial processes which are crucial to the continued running of this busy Practice. Liaising with external Accountants, you will be involved in filing taxes and running payroll accurately and promptly. Compiling a project summary schedule, fee forecasting and posting monthly journals will be essential, alongside bookkeeping duties, accounts receivable/payable and liaising closely with the Directors on all financial activities. Experience with Accounting software is vital!

    A welcoming and client-facing figure in the studio, daily operations will include sorting post, booking travel and couriers, ordering office supplies, liaising with Landlord and Facilities team, ensuring H&S protocols are met and maintained and updating staff personnel files, as well as organising CPD seminars.

    Knowledge of Marketing and New Business such as keeping the company website up-to-date with exciting new content and tracking award submissions, is highly beneficial.

    Leading Engineering Consultancy is searching for a Committed Finance Manager

    £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. FTE

    A hard-working and dedicated Finance Manager adept at working to a fast-pace, is needed for a well-respected and influential Engineering Consultancy, recognised for leading pioneering projects. This is a part-time position for 30-hours a week across a minimum of 4 days.

    Adaptable and robust at operating in a time-pressured working environment, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial reporting, preparing annual statutory and management accounts, carrying out payroll processes in conjunction with external Accountants, liaising closely and proactively with clients for invoice scheduling, monitoring outstanding payments and debt collection, daily bank reconciliations covering credit card and expenses, VAT returns and tax computations. Knowledge of R&D tax credits is highly advantageous.

    With a sharp attention to detail, the successful candidate will update project costing and prepare WIP for the Directors to review. As you grow within the role, Senior Management will depend on your input to make key decisions about financial issues and setting KPIs. This position requires a candidate with aptitude and mindset to become an integral part of this high-achieving team.

    A recognised Accounting qualification is beneficial, but it is proven experience in a similar role that is essential. You must be able to hit the ball running to support a fast-moving team working across multiple projects.

    Advanced experience of Excel and knowledge of Accounting software required.
