    Industry Savvy Document Controller for Multi Award-Winning Architecture Studio

    £23,000 – 28,000 per annum (Fixed Term Contract)

    A knowledgeable and organised Document Controller/Project Secretary is needed to join a prestigious architecture practice based in the heart of London. This is a fixed term contract for 2-3 months.
    You will be working closely with architectural teams to ensure projects are running smoothly and records are accurately maintained, responsible for all secretarial and administrative support including:
    - Setting up and maintaining project files
    - Receiving and logging all incoming and outgoing information
    - Uploading and downloading drawings and information
    - Electronic formatting and filing of site photos
    - Project filing and archiving
    - Logging and managing samples
    - Typing correspondence and minutes
    - Diary management
    - Booking meetings and travel

    A globally renowned architecture studio are seeking an organised and enthusiastic IT Technician to join their vibrant studio in South West London.
    You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the IT Systems department, providing a technical help support facility for all staff for any hardware and software problems they may encounter. You will also be providing maintenance and support for company printers, and ensuring regular backups and maintaining IT security systems. They are looking for someone who will be confident in training all new and existing staff and able to introduce a programme of preventative IT maintenance and health checks.

    The successful candidate will have previous experience of technical/IT support in a similar industry as well as excellent communication skills and a positive, hands-on approach. Knowledge of Apple Mac computers, Apple servers, Adobe software and 3D printers is highly desirable.
