    Are you a motivated Document Controller or process-led Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning Architecture Studio? To be considered, the successful candidate must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Quick to adapt to in-house processes, you will be responsible for liaising with different teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Information circulated must be accurate and filed regularly on the database to guarantee easy retrieval. A confident communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will be filing incoming drawings and documents as well as utilising websites for collaboration with the clients. As one of a team of Document Controllers, you must be able to work effectively in a team dynamic and work independently in equal measure.

    Organisation and adhering to existing systems, procedures and work flow processes is vital. Knowledge of collaboration websites including Conject, ViewPoint, 4Projects and Aconex is highly beneficial, but not essential. Training can be provided for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate.

    Bold Design Agency seeking Vibrant Part-Time PR Manager – MAT COVER

    £30,000 - £40,000 p.a. FTE (MAT COVER)

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated PR Manager to join an innovative Creative Design Studio, specialising in Industrial and Furniture Design, for a fixed term 12-month maternity cover contract for 24 hours a week over 3 days. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Design industries is essential.

    Reporting directly to the Management team, the successful candidate will develop and execute strategic PR plans, liaising with an external PR agency. Responsible for writing content for awards submissions, project descriptions and social media channels, you will also be:

    - Answering all incoming PR, press and publisher enquiries
    - Coordinating industry events, journalist interviews, book launches et al.
    - Designing bespoke visual presentations for lectures
    - Managing awards timetable and submissions, project schedules and project factsheets
    - Constantly updating the website with new projects and awards
    - Maintaining strong working relationships with journalists, publishers, clients and product distributors
    - Creating mail shots with MailChimp for contacts database, adhering to strict GDPR laws
    - Organising photoshoots and filming
    - Researching new press and marketing opportunities

    With a conscientious and strategic workflow, you will have relevant media contacts (both global and domestic) and a sharp eye for proof-reading and graphic design. Creating visually creative presentations, the ideal applicant will have an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. You must be able to provide samples of impeccable written literature for award submissions and press releases.

    Are you a confident and solutions focused IT specialist with architecture industry experience? An accomplished IT Supervisor is needed to oversee the daily operational activities of a busy and friendly IT Service Desk at the heart of a globally respected architecture practice.

    The successful candidate will deliver excellent service with a friendly and approachable nature and excellent problem-solving skills, as you will be Providing Tier 1 and 2 user support to the practice. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues and providing infrastructure support. You will also be responsible for researching industry practices and better IT performance strategies. Participating in firmwide Service Desk Leadership team meetings, you will also assist with the training and development of Service Desk junior staff.

    The successful candidate will have knowledge and previous experience of:
    - Service Desk platforms
    - endpoint management tools
    - Adobe Creative Suite/Acrobat
    - Video conferencing technology, such as Polycom or Cisco and Avaya
    - Cisco UC phone configurations
