    A bubbly and presentable Receptionist is needed to join an Architecture Studio. You will need to be assertive, driven and have outstanding initiative. This is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate or equivalent to gain incredible experience within a creative environment. This company is thriving within the London Market and have grown from strength to strength, winning some incredibly large projects. This outstanding individual, who will need to provide a high level of customer service to both visitors and staff at all times, will be friendly, positive and helpful. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of busy Reception area including telephone systems and managing meetings and time frames. Admin support to the Practice Manager is also a big part of the role, so an organised and diligent nature is essential.

This is a friendly and sociable team, and the candidate will be working alongside another Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the studio, their visitors and colleagues. You will need to be highly organised and be able to multi-task. The ideal candidate would be a real people person as you will be the first point of contact, and the face of this prestigious company, as well as supporting the team when necessary with admin and project support tasks.

    Confidence and excellent communication skills are a must with the ability to independently manage the reception desk as well as support a wider team.
