    Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and industry-savvy Bid Coordinator to join their wonderful team. Amazing opportunity for career progression within a well-known and respected practice!

    As Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of bids under the advice and support of the Bid Manager.

    For this reason, the successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of overseeing the bid/tender process from start to finish, compiling tender responses, conducting research and compiling supporting collateral, liaising with sub-consultants, proof-reading documents, ensuring bids are completed to high standard and that they are in-line with brand guidelines.

    Previous industry experience as a Bid Coordinator is essential, as well as having a sound understanding of the clarification management process. Experience of the public-sector procurement process would also be ideal. Good knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite would be desirable.

This practice is well-known for their impressive contemporary residential, commercial, and civic projects. They are looking for an articulate and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team and share the practice’s vision.

    Key responsibilities include:

    - Working with and supporting architectural team members on bid writing and other pitch documents for private & public-sector opportunities.
    - Preparation of marketing collateral and documents.
    - Preparation of PR content.
    - Compile and coordinate award entries.
    - Coordinate events.
    - Maintain and update existing databases, website and social media accounts.
    - Ensure consistency of brand identity across all documentation.
    - Monitor press mentions and articles.

    The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Creative/Design/Architecture company. Strong graphic and written/verbal communication skills are a must!

    Photography & Image Coordinator required for Influential Architectural Practice

    The widely respected Architectural Practice are seeking a Photography & Image Coordinator to join their London-based fantastic team for 12-month maternity cover role.

    You’ll be working very closely with the Communications Director on various projects, providing first class support to in-house and external teams, and occasionally take lead on specific projects. It is essential that the successful candidate have previous experience working within coordination/assistant roles, be able to self-manage, and work as an effective team player.

    Duties will include:

    - Manage all aspects of commissioning practice photoshoots.
    - Commissioning & briefing photographers.
    - Prepare, review and maintain contacts database.
    - Produce briefs and documents as required for upcoming photoshoots.
    - Liaise with in-house and external teams.
    - Develop video, drone and time-lapse strategy and commissions in collaboration with
    Communications Director.
    - Maintain and update image database.
    - Be a fantastic team player.
