The role will include creating job descriptions, managing immediate recruitment needs, candidate tracking, setting up and co-hosting interviews, updating and maintaining HR records, updating HR policies / staff handbook, staff development, HR forms and templates, etc. You will need 2 years + experience in a similar HR role.
