    Supporting an Architecture Team and its main Project Director, the candidate will act as first point of contact for the team for all email and phone queries, as well as diary/travel and meeting room management. Working closely with a team of coordinators, a strong eye for detail is integral, as you will be formatting and creating project supports, creating presentations in InDesign and other ad hoc duties for the team. Strong touch typing will be necessary for taking minutes and writing correspondence in a fast, professional and accurate manner.
