    Exciting Opportunity has arisen for a Studio Manager in AJ Retrofit Award-Winning Practice

    £30,000 - £35,000 p.a. (MAT Cover)

    London-based Architecture Studio seeks a talented, all-rounder, to join their superstar, tight-knit, team. This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to progress into a management role within a design environment. This is a full-time position for a fixed-term contract of 12 months (MAT Cover), with the strong possibility of a permanent role thereafter.

    The role comprises of duties that include general PA tasks, Business Support to Directors, Financial Reporting, Project Assistance, Marketing Assistance, Client Facing, and Studio Management.

    Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join tight-knit, friendly, design studio. The successful candidate will need to be a highly-organised, self-motivated, individual with great interpersonal and communication skills. An interest in product design and 2 + years office management experience in a creative background is essential.

    Duties will be varied between HR, reception, administration, management, and IT. It is important that the individual is confident, pro-active, and calm under pressure, whilst maintaining good relationships with colleague, clients, and external teams. Proven leadership skills are desirable to inspire confidence and support the team with progression, and management of work load.

    Strong IT knowledge is advantageous, especially with Adobe Creative Suite and experience with budget management is essential.

    Renowned Architecture Studio requires an ambitious, talented, all-rounder. Candidate must have proven experience in a marketing role and at least 4 years’ experience within a large Architecture/Built Environment Practice.

    The remit of this role will be primarily focused on supporting all marketing campaigns, overseeing communications, acting as point of contact with PR team, implementation of business development and strategies, coordinate relations with practice sponsorships, delivery of media campaigns, recording press publications, networking, mentoring colleagues, and liaising with in-house/external teams, investigating and organising publicity events, monitor award opportunities, and manage online content.
