    Bold and all-rounded Marketing and Communications Specialist for unique Architecture Studio

    An established Architecture Practice with multi-disciplinary projects in Central London are seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their busy practice. This is a brand new position, so this is the perfect role for an ambitious individual who is looking to define the role and bring fresh energy to the studio.

    The candidate will have the opportunity to work on the company’s rebrand, alongside leading on the press, bids and new business leads. You will be devising and developing strategy for the brand’s communications, PR and content, responsible for:

    - Brand building
    - Social media and digital marketing
    - Tracking and measuring campaigns
    - Bids and Awards Submissions
    - Press writing
    - Event coordination
    - Client liaison and networking

    This is a self-defining role and will require strong writing skills, to keep content up to date. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the built environment sector. Experience in InDesign would be beneficial, but a passionate, composed and articulate nature is essential.

    A busy and growing Architecture Practice are seeking a proactive Studio Manager to join their team. This is an all-encompassing role which will entail managing the daily running of the studio, alongside finance, HR and project work.

    Working closely with the Directors, this is for a positive, hardworking and diligent individual who has a few years’ experience in a similar role. General office duties will include facilities, It support, database management, implementing Health & Safety and event organising. Leading in HR inductions, coordination and new starters will be included alongside maintaining all stationary and kitchen supplies and greeting clients and visitors.

    Experience with InDesign is essential for this position, as you will be creating portfolios, and involved with marketing and new business. Previous experience in a similar role within the architecture industry is vital.
